Jamie brings a diverse background in biotechnology, art/media, education and public service to inform and advance organizational learning and process efficiency at Pankow. Jamie’s career path includes accomplishments in film production and web design, disabled veteran owned business federal contracting programs, instructing and advising post-certificate graduate students transitioning to employment, and is published in peer-reviewed journals for her contributions in biotechnology. As a Bay Area native, Jamie actively serves on local community projects, from grass-roots neighborhood gardens to fundraising and advocacy for the San Francisco Veterans Memorial project.  Jamie’s combination of creativity and logic has cultivated her ability to translate sophisticated learning concepts into user experience to further process improvement and knowledge sharing at Pankow.  Jamie’s cultural focus on user participation, communication and on-demand learning helps to enhance Pankow’s organizational capacity by inspiring and empowering individuals to see new ideas, and achieve innovation through standardization.
