Lisa joined ASRC Aerospace in 2000 coming on board as the Program Manager for the nationwide EPA Information Services contract.

She moved up through the ranks joining ASRC Federal Holding Company in 2006 as SVP of Enterprise Support overseeing the shared services operations. In her current role, she provides operational leadership to drive performance, growth and profitability. With more than 20 years experience in Federal contracting, Lisa is seasoned information professional with a diverse background in Federal contracting. Her experience ranges from individual, hands-on task order management to the complex logistics of enterprise-wide transitions impacting several hundred employees and critical government services.  Lisa has managed budgets in excess of $40 million and contracts with more than 400 staff.  She is skilled in user-based analyses of information systems and environments and is experienced in the design, development, and implementation of performance-based solutions.  Lisa’s private sector experience includes Staff Scientist/Developer for the Performance Improvement Solutions Group of RWD Technologies, Inc., where Lisa developed performance-based technical documentation, conceptual materials, operating procedures, training courses, and training aids for end-users of enterprise-wide systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft. Lisa’s professional affiliations include leading organizations such as the International Society for Performance Improvement and the Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM).  Lisa received her B.S. Degree in Biology from Kings College and an M.L.S. Degree from Syracuse University.
