Margarett has been with Pankow Builders for over 14 years. Starting her career in Project Management, her natural interest and ability in defining and creating standard processes for design and construction efforts led to an evolution in her career path.  As Senior Operational Excellence Manager, Margarett integrates lean into company operations beyond just the knowledge and implementation of lean tools; her efforts have helped each employee develop an awareness to see waste, eliminate waste, and continuously improve.  Margarett is currently leading efforts at Pankow to build out standard processes to help employees have better understanding of their role and the work they do, increase efficiencies in their day-to-day, provide training opportunities, and help them to achieve better work/life rhythm.
