Tracey Thomas Koch serves as Senior Director, Shared Services for Tribune Publishing Company, a 172-year-old media company, rooted in award-winning journalism. 

Tribune operates print and digital publications, content agency and websites, with titles such as Chicago Tribune and New York Daily News.

Tracey, in her 19-year career with Tribune, has served the organization in many roles including Marketing, Finance, Distribution and Logistics, Customer Service and Systems.

Tracey has led the Systems Shared Services group since its inception in 2013 where she and her team have been focused on standardizing and optimizing the use of her enterprise’s single largest revenue system.  In 2018, she also assumed responsibility for the company’s Customer Service Group and has worked to create a holistic multi-functional shared services group that is focused on the needs of our individual consumers and our internal customers alike.  Her teams are based across the nation with an outsourced partner the Philippines.

Tracey is a native of the Sunshine State and enjoys spending time doing all the fun things Florida has to offer with her three children.
